- Global Facility Solutions is selected by ICF International and BGE as a pre-qualified Technical
Services Provider under the BGE Smart Energy Rewards Program. This program is intended to
provide BGE commercial customers assistance with identifying, evaluating and implementing a wide
range of energy efficiency opportunities within client facilities. BGE will provide clients with rebates
to offset some or all of the costs associated with the energy study as well as provide rebates for
the installation of certain energy efficient technologies within their commercial facilities.
- Global Facility Solutions completes first quarter energy report for Oekos Management after
completion of the turn-key energy and retro-commissioning project at 5500 Cherokee Ave in
Alexandria, VA. Savings YTD are $19,872 or 20% reduction in electricity usage during this same
time period.
