 >You can qualify for Full RCx Services if:

  • Your facility has more than 75,000 square feet of
    conditioned spaces
-- OR --
  • Your facility has complex heating, ventilating, and air
    conditioning (HVAC) systems, controlled by an energy
    management system.

Maintenance (O&M) Services
 >You can qualify for Enhanced O&M Services if:

  • If your facility contains less than 75,000 square feet of
    conditioned spaces
