Mr. Calloway is the Founder and President of Global Facility Solutions, an independent engineering and energy
solutions company with clients located in 15 States and the District of Columbia. Mr. Calloway has over 21 years
of experience in the energy and engineering solutions business specializing in HVAC system design, energy
auditing and building analysis, utility bill analysis, energy management and control systems, energy performance
contracting, project management, energy modeling and turn-key retro-commissioning solutions. Mr. Calloway’s
experience includes services at Federal Government, State/Local Government, Private and Public Schools,
Commercial and Industrial facilities throughout the U.S. Prior to founding Global Facility Solutions, Mr. Calloway
previously worked for several national energy solutions companies - Honeywell, Strategic Energy and Select
Energy Services.

Robert K. Calloway, P.E., President
Mr. Calloway graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He is a
Registered Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager and Certified Demand-side Manager with the Association of Energy
Engineers. Mr. Calloway is also a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE),
and the Building Commissioning Association (BCxA). Mr. Calloway has conducted energy training seminars and has been a presenter
at several energy conferences including: GSA Energy Conferences and PSX Expo, Association of Physical Plant Administrators (APPA),
Association of Energy Engineers Conference and the Defense Energy Support Center World Energy Conference.
