Dan Spilman joins the team at Global Facility Solutions as an Architectural Engineer
Mt. Airy, MD – August 30, 2011 – Dan Spilman, LEED AP, joins the team at Global Facility Solutions (GFS)
as an Architectural Engineer. LEED AP accredited, Mr. Spilman brings five years of experience in energy
efficient design to GFS. He has three years of experience working on LEED projects, and six years of
experience in commercial construction management. Mr. Spilman earned a Degree in Architecture from
the University of Maryland.
Prior to working with GFS, Mr. Spilman was an Architectural Engineer for Keres Consulting, where he
worked on various projects related to energy and building operational analysis and energy auditing.
In his role with GFS, Mr. Spilman will focus on retro-commissioning and energy engineering.
