Baltimore, MD – July 22, 2011 – Global Facility Solutions (GFS), an independent and objective facility
solutions provider headquartered in Maryland, today announced the recent addition of a new client,
Gilman School (Gilman) of Baltimore, Maryland. GFS will work with Gilman to complete a retro-
commissioning project at the school's 68 acre campus located in Roland Park, a neighborhood in
northern Baltimore City.
The project will be delivered under the BGE Smart Energy Savers program®, and Gilman will receive a
rebate covering 50% of the project cost.
As part of the contract, GFS will identify and recommend facility upgrade projects to reduce the utility
costs and overall cost of operations at the school.
